Poland does not intend to sever diplomatic relations with Russia, Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski stated this during his visit to Kyiv, News.Az reports.
“In diplomacy, channels of communication are maintained not only with friends but also with rivals,” he emphasized.
