A solemn ceremony to mark the 96th anniversary of national leader Heydar Aliyev, and the 15th anniversary of the establishment of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation has been held.
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, his wife Mehriban Aliyeva, and family members attended the event.
The head of state made a speech at the ceremony.
