President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has received member of the Committee on the affairs of soldiers-internationalists under the Council of Heads of Government of the CIS and the Supreme Council of International Organization of Veterans “Battle Brotherhood”, Lieutenant Colonel, Hero of the Soviet Union Ruslan Aushev.
