Five militants have been killed and 19 arrested in southeastern Iran during operations targeting four operational cells linked to what authorities described as "terrorist-takfiri groups," Iran's Intelligence Ministry has announced.
Iran’s Ministry of Intelligence has announced the dismantling of four “takfiri” terrorist cells in the country’s south-east and the arrest of 19 people, according to a statement carried by state media.
Iran’s Ministry of Intelligence says it has identified and arrested three individuals linked to an alleged Mossad online portal, as well as four members of a takfiri terrorist group.
