Russia’s total combat losses in its war against Ukraine have increased by 1,030 personnel over the past 24 hours, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Russian forces are being accused of deliberately targeting civilians in the city of Kostiantynivka, located in Ukraine’s eastern Donetsk region, as daily drone attacks intensify and evacuation efforts come under fire.
Russian forces launched massive strikes on Kostiantynivka on Friday, destroying a gas distribution station, damaging homes and civilian infrastructure, and leaving the city completely without gas supply, local officials reported. One civilian was injured in the attacks.
