Japan’s agriculture ministry has confirmed a new outbreak of African swine fever (ASF) at a farm in Miyazaki Prefecture, marking the third such case reported in the country this year.

An earthquake with a magnitude of 7.1 jolted 19 km SSE of Miyazaki, Japan at 0742 GMT on Thursday, the U.S. Geological Survey said, News.az reports citing Xinhua .
