Israeli police confiscated a Hungarian flag from an anti-government protester at the Karkur Junction in northern Israel, claiming it looked too similar to the Palestinian flag and could cause provocation, Israeli media reported on Saturday.
On Monday, the Palestinian flag was raised at what is now Palestine's embassy to the United Kingdom in London, during a ceremony celebrating the country's official recognition of Palestine as a state.
