Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar held a phone call on Friday with Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi.

Azerbaijan’s Parliament Speaker Sahiba Gafarova met her Armenian counterpart Alen Simonyan in Istanbul on Friday to discuss prospects for the normalisation of relations between the two countries.

“I have told Mr. President (President Ilham Aliyev – ed.) about the importance of efforts to ensure peace and security in the South Caucasus and the fact that we support these efforts,” Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi said during a press statement with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
