A Rossiya Airlines flight from Sochi to Yerevan scheduled for August 29 was unable to take off after both the original and backup aircraft encountered engine malfunctions.

Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry has announced the closure of the Rossiya Segodnya (Sputnik) office in the country, according to ministry spokesman Aykhan Hajizada.

On Monday, Meta (META.O), the owner of Facebook, announced that it was banning RT, Rossiya Segodnya, and other Russian state media networks from its platforms, News.Az reports citing Reuters.

Russian airline "Rossiya" won a court case against Armenian supplier Aquila Technics for 15.5 million rubles. The dispute arose from the supplier's failure to deliver ordered aircraft tires, News.Az reports citing the Telegram channel "Brief".
