6.0-magnitude earthquake jolts Ethiopia

An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.0 jolted 6 km NNE of Metahāra, Ethiopia at 20:28:23 GMT on Friday, the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) said, News.Az reports, citing Xinhua.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 8.96 degrees north latitude and 39.93 degrees east longitude.
