Azerbaijan declares 2017 Year of Islamic Solidarity
Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev has declared 2017 the Year of Islamic Solidarity in the country.
The president made this statement at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on Jan. 10, dedicated to the results of socioeconomic development of 2016 and objectives for the future, APA reported.
“2016 was remarkable as a year of deep reforms that found a way to get out of economic crisis,” President Aliyev noted.
