Chairman of the Board of Small and Medium Entrepreneurship Development Agency of Azerbaijan (KOBIA) Orkhan Mammadov has met with Group President of Chemicals Sector of Turkish OYAK Group Companies Eren Ziya Dik, News.Az reports.
