China approves Nissan-Dongfeng joint venture

China's market regulator has given unconditional approval for Nissan (China) Investment Co to form a new joint venture with Dongfeng Motor, the companies said on Friday, News.Az reports, citingReuters.
The two companies announced in late July plans to set up a new JV, 60% controlled by Nissan China, to focus on vehicle and auto part exports.
