Coronavirus claims 1,171 lives in Russia in one day
Russia has reported 1,171 coronavirus-related deaths in one day, TASS reports.
The number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Russia has risen by 30,288, taking the overall tally to 9,986,967 cases since the pandemic onset.
Overall, the country has reported 288,351 deaths and 8,709,964 recoveries throughout the pandemic.
The number of active cases currently makes 988,652.
