Rovshan Najaf appointed SOCAR president

President Ilham Aliyev signed an order Thursday to appoint Rovshan Najaf as President of the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR), News.Az reports.

Under another presidential order, Rovshan Najaf was dismissed as the First Vice President of SOCAR.
