Three homes targeted in western Sydney shooting spree
Australian police are investigating after gunfire targeted three homes in western Sydney within 15 minutes on Friday night, News.Az reports, citing foreign media.
Authorities in New South Wales said emergency crews responded to shootings in the neighboring suburbs of Merrylands and Wentworthville between 10:45 and 11 p.m.
Shots were reportedly fired into each property from an unidentified vehicle.
No injuries were reported.

Detectives from NSW Police Force, including Taskforce Falcon, have launched an investigation and are seeking to identify a vehicle seen leaving the third location.
The incidents follow separate shootings earlier in the week that left four people injured, including two police officers.
A 26-year-old man critically wounded in one attack has been identified by local media as a former professional boxer with alleged links to organized crime.
