The United States and Russia have reached an agreement on a prisoner swap, according to a senior official in Moscow, amid rising public frustration from President Trump directed at Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Russian Foreign MinisterSergey Lavrovsaid in Turkey that the two leaders agreed to an exchange of prisoners,according to NBC News. Lavrov praised Trump as a “man who wants results,” and he claimed the U.S. president’s efforts were being “sabotaged” by other nations.
