A training helicopter crashed into a cornfield in Kirbaş neighborhood, Torbali district of İzmir, killing the pilot on board, authorities reported. The aircraft belonged to the Turkish Aeronautical Association, and the deceased pilot has been identified as Berfu Hatipoglu.
