Mukhtar Babayev, Azerbaijan’s Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources, COP29 President Designate, held talks with John Podesta, US Senior Advisor to the President for International Climate Policy, ahead of the climate conference in Baku.

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on Wednesday received Senior Advisor to the U.S. President for International Climate Policy John Podesta.

John Podesta, the senior advisor to the US President for International Climate Policy, has arrived in Azerbaijan, according to the US Embassy in Baku.
