The year 2024 has become a turning point for Azerbaijani-Chinese relations. On July 3, on the sidelines of the 24th meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in Astana, a Declaration on the Establishment of a Strategic Partnership was signed.
