The United Nations Climate Change Conference, COP30, kicked off its official activities with the arrival of around 70 heads of state, government leaders, and senior representatives in Belém, Brazil, for meetings set to take place on Thursday and Friday.

Brazil has announced a special electronic visa (e-visa) program for international participants attending the 30th United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP30), scheduled to take place in Belém from November 6 to 21.

A Memorandum of Understanding on security cooperation has been signed between the Government of Azerbaijan and the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP29).
