Armenians build complex in Kalbajar
The due structures of Armenia plan to create a new recreational complex near Istisu spring in Azerbaijan's occupied Kalbajar region.
According to Modern.az, the due statement came from Armenian geologist Akop Mkrtchian.
He said this will attract flows of foreign tourists here in the future.
