Azerbaijan appoints new minister of culture
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on appointing Anar Karimov the country’s minister of culture.
Under another presidential order, Anar Karimov has been dismissed as the first deputy minister of culture of Azerbaijan.
