Azerbaijan appoints new presidential representative for special assignments
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on the appointment of Khalaf Ali oglu Khalafov as a representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on special assignments, News.Az reports.
The information about it was posted on the official website of the Azerbaijani leader.
Under another presidential order, Khalaf Khalafov was dismissed as Azerbaijan’s deputy foreign minister.
