Abdollah was identified and arrested in Azerbaijan last year, News.Az reports, citing the Prosecutor General's Office of Azerbaijan.
Following a decision on his extradition, he was transferred to the relevant authorities in Uzbekistan under the escort of a special convoy from the Ministry of Justice’s Penitentiary Service of Azerbaijan.
