Azerbaijan, UK discuss prospects for expansion of inter-parliamentary ties
Speaker of the Azerbaijani Parliament Sahiba Gafarova on Monday met with UK Minister for the European Neighborhood Wendy Morton.
“We exchanged views on relations between our countries and steps to be taken to further expand our inter-parliamentary ties,” Speaker Gafarova tweeted.
Morton arrived in Azerbaijan for a two-day official visit on Feb. 8 to attend the annual UK-Azerbaijan Strategic Dialogue Summit.
