ICRC employees visit Vagif Khachatryan
On August 5, the ICRC representatives again visited a person detained since July 29. The detainee was met in private and used the possibility to contact his family via the Red Cross Message, News.az reports.
According to its mandate, the ICRC assesses the treatment and conditions of detention and helps to ensure that the individuals are able to maintain contact with their families.
