'Observer Day' to be held during Turkish-Azerbaijani military drills in Kars (PHOTO)
An ‘Observer Day’ will be held as part of the joint Turkish-Azerbaijani tactical exercises ‘Winter Exercise-2021’, which continues in Kars province, Turkey’s National Defense Ministry wrote on its Twitter page.
The media representatives, who will observe the exercises, were taken from Ankara to Kars by a Turkish Air Force aircraft, said the ministry, the ministry added.
