OTS declares 2023 as ‘Year of the Rise of Turkic Civilization’
2023 was declared as the ‘Year of the Rise of Turkic Civilization’ within the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), Uzbekistan’s Foreign Minister Vladimir Norov said on Twitter, News.Az reports.
The relevant decision was made at the 9th Summit of the leaders of the OTS member states in Samarkand on Friday, Norov added.
