Russia seeks $230B from Belgium’s Euroclear

A Moscow court confirmed on Monday that Russia’s central bank has filed a lawsuit seeking 18.2 trillion roubles (about $229.36 billion) in damages from Belgium’s central securities depository, Euroclear.
