SOCAR and ExxonMobil signed a Memorandum of Cooperation

A "Memorandum of Cooperation" has been signed between SOCAR and ExxonMobil with the participation of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and U.S. Presidential Envoy Steve Witkoff, News.Az reports.
The document was signed by Mikayil Jabbarov, Minister of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and John Ardill, Vice President of ExxonMobil.
