"According to the protocol signed with my brother Jeyhun Bayramov, we will soon be able to travel between Turkey and Azerbaijan only with ID cards," Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu tweeted on Thursday.
"One Nation, Two States" deserve it. Good luck with it," Turkish FM wrote.
