Azerbaijan and Hungary have held talks on the implementation of a Memorandum of Understanding in the field of demining, according to the Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action.

Azerbaijan and the United States have discussed prospects for expanding cooperation in humanitarian demining, as Baku continues large-scale efforts to clear landmines from formerly conflict-affected territories.

The accuracy of minefield maps handed over by Armenia to Azerbaijan does not exceed 25 per cent, Vugar Suleymanov, Chairman of the Board of the Azerbaijan Mine Action Agency (ANAMA), said on Monday.
