An explosion occurred in a residential building in Khirdalan, News.az reports.
The incident took place on the first floor of a high-rise building located in the city of Khirdalan.
According to preliminary information, two persons (men) born in 1986 and born in 1981 were admitted to the Narimanov Medical Center with second and third-degree thermal burns of the head, neck, and both upper and lower limbs.
