5.7-magnitude quake hits Solomon Islands

An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.7 jolted Solomon Islands at 1642 GMT on Saturday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10 km, was initially determined to be at 11.22 degrees south latitude and 162.72 degrees east longitude, News.az reports, citing CNN.
