Amazon to invest $50 billion in OpenAI

Amazon has announced that it will invest $50 billion in OpenAI, starting with an initial $15 billion and followed by an additional $35 billion in the coming months, the companies confirmed on Friday.

The investment marks one of the largest private-sector bets on artificial intelligence, reflecting Amazon’s push to expand its presence in AI technology and cloud computing, News.Az reports, citing Reuters.
