Armenian president tests positive for COVID-19
Armenian President Armen Sarkissian has tested positive for COVID-19, the presidential office confirmed to local media.
“On January 3 the Armenian president underwent a successful leg surgery, however, he showed symptoms for the novel coronavirus. The result of his test for the coronavirus was positive,” the presidential office said.
