Azerbaijan assigns new police chief to Khankandi
Azerbaijan has assigned a police chief to the Khankendi City Police Department.
Police Colonel Zaur Nasirov was appointed as Chief of the Khankendi City Police Department.
Note that Colonel Zaur Nasirov was the Chief of the Goygol District Police Department, and he is originally from Khankendi City.
