Azerbaijan takes over TURKPA presidency

Azerbaijan has assumed the presidency of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic States (TURKPA) from Türkiye.

The relevant decision was made at the 13th meeting of the TURKPA Council in Baku, News.Az reports.
Speaker of the Turkish Grand National Assembly Numan Kurtulmus handed over the chairmanship of TURKPA to Speaker of Azerbaijan’s Mİlli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova.
