Azerbaijani female wrestler bags bronze at World Championships

Azerbaijani wrestler Gunay Gurbanova claimed a bronze medal at the U20 World Championships in Samokov, Bulgaria.

Her win brings Azerbaijan’s total medal count at the competition to four, News.Az reports, citing the country's Wrestling Federation.

Gurbanova earned the podium finish in the 59kg weight class by defeating Canada’s Ella Finding 4-1.
