Deputy FM: No single principle envisaged in dividing the Caspian bottom
"The coordinated draft convention provides for the division of the Caspian Sea bottom on the basis of bilateral agreements between the Caspian littoral states."
According to APA, the statement came from Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov.
He said no median line principle or any other single principle is envisaged in dividing the Caspian Sea shelf.
