Israeli Embassy: Alexander Lapshin is kept in appropriate conditions
The consul of the embassy of Israel in Baku visited Alexander Lapshin in the detention center today, the Israeli Embassy told APA.
The Embassy noted that Alexander Lapshin has been medically examined.
“He is kept in appropriate conditions,” told the Embassy.
