The tremor, estimated at magnitude 3, occurred at 5:25 a.m. in the Trans-Alai Range, News.Az reports, citing Kyrgyz media.
The epicenter was located 28 kilometers southeast of Zhar-Bashi village, 28 kilometers southwest of Achyk-Suu, and 145 kilometers southwest of Osh.
According to authorities, the quake was not felt in any populated areas of the Kyrgyz Republic.
