Magnitude 3.8 quake jolts Azerbaijan’s Neftchala

A 3.8 magnitude earthquake struck Azerbaijan’s Neftchala district on Wednesday, News.Az reports citing the Republican Seismic Survey Center of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.
