A magnitude 5.1 earthquake occurred in the Fox Islands of the Aleutian Islands at 09:02 UTC.
The tremor was recorded at a depth of 27 km , News.Az reports, citing foreign media, according to the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC).
There have been no immediate reports of damage or injuries. Residents in the region are advised to stay alert and follow local safety protocols.
