Airlines across India experienced brief operational disruptions on Thursday morning after a technical outage affected Navitaire, a system widely used for bookings and check-ins, according to local media reports.

The 45-minute glitch disrupted flight operations at several airports, including Delhi and Mumbai, impacting hundreds of passengers, News.Az reports, citing Xinhua.

Carriers such as IndiGo, Akasa Air and Air India Express were among those affected.

At Indira Gandhi International Airport, the issue reportedly began around 6:45 a.m. local time and was resolved by 7:30 a.m., according to India Today. A similar situation was reported at Mumbai’s international airport.

During the disruption, airlines processed passenger details manually, leading to long queues during the busy early morning travel period.
