Plenary meeting of Azerbaijani parliament kicks off

The next plenary meeting of the extraordinary session of Azerbaijan’s Milli Majlis (parliament) kicked off on Monday.

Delivering an opening speech at the meeting, Speaker Sahiba Gafarova said the agenda includes 17 issues.
