President Ilham Aliyev signs order to award Necdet Unuvar
Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on awarding the “Dostlug” Order to the head of the Turkey-Azerbaijan inter-parliamentary friendship group Necdet Unuvar.
Necdet Unuvar was awarded for his special services rendered to the strengthening of friendship and mutual cooperation between Azerbaijan and Turkey.
