Putin recalls Russian envoy in Azerbaijan
Russian President Vladimir Putin has dismissed Vladimir Dorokhin, the country’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Azerbaijan.
The relevant decree was published on the official Internet portal of legal information Nov. 27.
According to the information posted on the website of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Dorokhin was appointed as Russian envoy to Azerbaijan under a presidential decree, dated Feb. 24, 2009.
