Armenian Ambassador to France Arman Khachatryan met with Éléonore Caroit, France’s Minister Delegate to the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, responsible for Francophonie, International Partnerships, and French Nationals Abroad, to discuss the Armenia–France agenda and ongoing cooperation between the two countries within international organisations, particularly the Organisation internationale de la Francophonie (OIF).

Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Yalchin Rafiyev has criticized certain member states of the Francophonie organization for using the platform for purposes unrelated to its core mission.
